‍1. Promotion Period
1.1. The promotion opens at 00:00 on 1 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 18 December 2026.
‍1.2. Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.

‍2. Eligibility
2.1. The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over.
‍2.2. Employees of Bulldog Motors and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
‍2.3. Each person may have one entry into the promotion only, regardless of how they enter or how many qualifying services they have during the promotion period.
‍2.4. Where a person qualifies for an entry through a paid service and also submits a postal entry, only one entry will be accepted for that person.

‍3. Paid Entry – Qualifying Services
3.1. Customers who have one of the following vehicle services completed by Bulldog Motors and paid for in full at Bulldog Motors during the promotion period will automatically receive one entry into the promotion: Basic Service, Standard Service or Major Service‍
‍3.2. A service booked during the promotion period but completed outside the promotion period will not qualify.
‍3.3. Cancelled, refunded or unpaid services will not qualify.
‍3.4. The promotion applies only to Basic, Standard and Major Services. MOTs, inspections, repairs, diagnostic work, parts, additional work and other services do not qualify for an entry unless expressly stated by Bulldog Motors.

‍4. Free Postal Entry
4.1. No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion.
‍4.2. Eligible entrants may enter the promotion free of charge by post.
‍4.3. Postal entries must be sent to: Bulldog Motors – Service & Win Promotion, Unit 6 Grange Farm, Little Chesterton, Bicester, OX25 3PD
‍4.4. Each postal entry must include: Full name, Postal address, Telephone number, Email address & Vehicle registration
‍4.5. A person who has already received an entry through a qualifying service may not submit an additional postal entry.
‍4.6. Each valid postal entry will count as one entry into the same prize draw as entries generated through qualifying services.
‍4.7. Postal entries must be received by 23:59 on 18th December 2026.
‍4.8. Bulldog Motors is not responsible for postal entries that are lost, delayed or damaged in transit.
‍4.9. Postal entries will be subject to the same eligibility requirements as paid entries, except that no purchase is required.

‍5. Prize
5.1. One winning entry will be selected at random from all valid entries.
‍5.2. All valid entries, including entries received through the free postal entry route, will be included in the same random draw and will have an equal chance of being selected.
‍5.3. Where the winning entry relates to a qualifying Basic, Standard or Major Service carried out by Bulldog Motors during the promotion period, the winner will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that qualifying service.
‍5.4. The refund applies to the qualifying service only and does not include any additional work, repairs, parts, diagnostics, MOTs, inspections or other services or items purchased alongside the service.
‍5.5. Where the winning entry is a valid free postal entry and is not associated with a qualifying paid service, the winner will receive one Standard Service free of charge at Bulldog Motors.
‍5.6. The free Standard Service prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
‍5.7. The method by which an entry was submitted will not affect the likelihood of that entry being selected as the winner. All valid entries will be entered into the same random selection process.
‍5.8. The prize applicable to the winning entry will be determined by the type of winning entry, as set out in these terms.

‍6. Winner Selection
6.1. The winner will be selected on 20th December 2026.
‍6.2. All valid entries will be assigned a unique reference or entry number and entered into the same random selection process.
‍6.3. The winner will be selected using a random computerised selection process.
‍6.4. The random selection process will not favour or exclude entries based on whether they were received through a qualifying service or the free postal entry route.
‍6.5. Bulldog Motors will retain reasonable evidence of the random selection process.
‍6.6. Bulldog Motors may arrange for an independent person to witness the draw.

‍7. Contacting the Winner
7.1. Bulldog Motors will contact the winner using the contact details provided with their entry.
‍7.2. Bulldog Motors will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner.
‍7.3. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of Bulldog Motors' first attempt to contact them, Bulldog Motors reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
‍7.4. Any replacement winner will be selected using the same random selection process.

‍8. Winner Announcement
8.1. The winner will be selected and announced on 20 December 2026.
‍8.2. Bulldog Motors may announce the winner using their first name and surname initial.
‍8.3. The winner may request that their name is not publicly announced.

‍9. Refund
9.1. Where the winning entry relates to a qualifying paid service, the winner will receive a refund equal to the full amount paid for that Basic, Standard or Major Service.
‍9.2. Where additional work or items were included on the same invoice, Bulldog Motors will identify the amount attributable to the qualifying service and refund that amount only.
‍9.3. The refund will be made using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
‍9.4. If the original payment method is no longer available, Bulldog Motors will agree a reasonable alternative method of payment with the winner.

‍10. Free Standard Service
10.1. Where the winning entry is a valid free postal entry, the winner will receive one Standard Service free of charge.
‍10.2. The Standard Service must be booked with Bulldog Motors and completed by 30th June 2027.
‍10.3. The free Standard Service does not include additional repairs, parts, diagnostic work, MOTs or other work not included in Bulldog Motors' Standard Service.
‍10.4. The free Standard Service is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

‍11. General Conditions
11.1. Bulldog Motors reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry.
‍11.2. Bulldog Motors may disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms.
‍11.3. Bulldog Motors reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
‍11.4. Any significant changes to the promotion will be communicated as soon as reasonably practicable.
‍11.5. Bulldog Motors will administer the promotion fairly and in accordance with these terms.
‍11.6. The promoter's decision regarding the administration of the promotion and eligibility of entries shall be final, subject to applicable law.
‍11.7. No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion.
‍11.8. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
